Shipping Policy
We ship via UPS ground and (occasionally) USPS Priority Mail within the United States only. Orders usually ship within 7 to 10 business days. (Remember...we are proud to be a family owned small business committed to designing & producing & packaging all of our creations here in the U.S.)
Orders ship at the flat rate of $8.95 and prefer to ship UPS or USPS at our discretion. If your purchase is $99 or over, your order will ship FREE! Digital download purchases will not count toward free shipping.
We also offer FREE shipping for our PRIME members ONLY with a valid Platinum Prime number that must be entered at checkout.
When we print your shipping label, we may do so ahead of us packaging and shipping…the package does not leave our hands at that moment. It can take up to 24 hours for them to be collected. Please allow 24-48 hours for the package to begin moving and be in the hands of the shipping carriers.

Products are shipped out of Monitcello, FL.
Return & Exchange Policy
You must inspect your order and notify us by email at info@acidfree.com within 14 days of receipt for any missing items. You have 30 days to check and notify us of any missing pieces within a project kit to guarantee receiving that piece.
All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Missing or Damaged Packages:
We are not responsible for undelivered, mis-delivered, or damaged packages due to carrier mishandling. Once a package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for any damage or loss. You will need to file a claim with the appropriate carrier.
Various Shipping Options Throughout the Year:
If you choose one of these and it doesn’t apply to your order, you will be notified and expected to pay shipping charges.
STORE PICKUP: Choose this option if you live in or are traveling to the Monticello, FL OR Boston, GA area and would like to pick up your order at Keller’s Cottage. We will EMAIL YOU when your order is ready for pick up. This is NOT for pickup at an in person Event without first emailing us at info@acidfree.com.
MORE THAN 1 FLASH SALE: Free shipping after shipping has been paid on the first order during a flash sale, such as a Virtual Weekend or Class. This option is not for multiple orders during a regular week.
PRIME MEMBER SHIPPING: Free shipping for Keller’s Creations Platinum Prime Members with a valid membership number. (This is NOT Amazon Prime). You must purchase a Keller’s membership for Platinum PRIME, not just Platinum.)
VIRTUAL BOX SHIPPING: Free shipping for class kits for virtual classes. (Does not apply to grab boxes, etc. that are not classes.)
