Please refer to our fee schedule. Our flat-rate shipping and handling fees are based on total dollar amount of your purchase. Actual shipping charges will be billed separately on all International Orders when the order is shipped.

Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours, for instock items. You will be notified if backordered items are cancelled & need to be reordered; otherwise, backordered items will ship upon availability.
Damaged Items in transit
You MUST report damaged goods to us within 3 days of receiving a package. If you see that a box is damaged from shipping, please open the box in front of the carrier and inspect the product. If the product is damaged you should refuse the shipment to expedite receiving another product from us.
If you should receive any damaged product, please contact us immediately by email email@example.com. Include how the package was received, how you opened the package, when you noticed the damage, and on what date you received and discovered the damage. If you have a camera available, take a picture of the damage. Any additional information is helpful in order to process the claim.
Products refused when UPS or other carriers attempt to deliver the product(s) are assessed a minimum 25% restocking fee plus all shipping charges. You acknowledge and agree to this fee by placing your order.

We offer this guarantee less the actual shipping and handling fees plus a 25% restocking fee on most items. Merchandise must be returned in resalable unused condition with all original components. Closeouts and daily-weekly-monthly specials are not returnable. The Return Policy only applies to retail sales. We offer returns within 3 days of receipt on damaged wholesale items.
We are not responsible for damaged or lost returns. Used products will not be accepted as a return, and you will be charged shipping and handling for the return of your used product.
